  • Support food sufficiency program; and
  • Care for the environment.

GOALS – Long Term

  • Sustain high production and ensure market;
  • Adopt Good Agricultural Practices (GAP);
  • Ensure availability of certified seeds nationwide;
  • Transparency and continuous information dissemination; and
  • Development of human capital.

GOALS – Short Term

  • Increase capability & market share thru strategic cooperation amongst seed grower cooperatives within neighboring regions.
  • Enhance Mgt. & Board of Directors capability thru updated seminars and trainings.
  • Diversification of business in anticipation of the future.
